New to parkrun?

When you register for one of our events then you are registered for all our events.

Once registered, all you need to do is decide which event to run, pitch up and take part.

However, before taking part please register. Our systems depend on our ability to find you very quickly and with an ever growing number of runners; you must provide us a unique combination of names so that we can identify you after your run.

We only ask for a few details from you. We will need to find your name amongst the many thousands of names in our system to record your result. We do this by searching for your name. So please think carefully when completing the registration form and provide full names wherever possible. We also ask for a memorable phrase. This phrase is not a password but is used where we have duplicate names to fully qualify who you are. We will never print your memorable phrase on the website or other printable material.

If you are a new runner, and have not previously registered - Please fill in the form to the right to register.

If you are already registered and want to change your details - Please do not re-register. Please email your full details to updates@parkrun.com.
